Jacqueline Cheng
Founder & Education Director
A career devoted to fearless futures.
Jacqueline holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and completed her A-Levels and GCSEs at Cheltenham Ladies' College in the UK. For more than a decade she has worked as an independent university admissions advisor, guiding students through the entire process — from strategy development to personal statement crafting and interview training — with placements consistently secured at their first-choice universities.
Before founding Arize Academy, Jacqueline spent several years at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management and most recently served as Global Head of Family Experience at Shangri-La Group, designing programmes that help children learn and families bond. This blend of admissions expertise and real-world corporate leadership gives families rare insight into how education translates into professional success.
Beyond her consultancy work, Jacqueline mentors young women at the Asian University for Women and serves on the board of Hagar International in Hong Kong, supporting women and children recovering from abuse. Her British and international educational heritage shapes a uniquely global perspective — and a deep commitment to forging trustworthy, personal relationships with every student.
